What is a PhotoPack?
A photopack is a Winzip file including certain amount of images, usually 25 images. The images are zipped for your download convinience.

How may I use the images included in the Texturepacks?
The images included in our Texturepacks can be used forall personal and commercial projects. However, buying the images will not give you right to redistribute or sell the unaltered images in any way designed for reuse.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal.com . Visit their site to view the payment options they provide.

How do I buy a TexturePack?
Just select the Texturepack you desire and click on the "Buy Now" button. You will then be redirected to Paypal.com where you will have to finish the actual payment. You do not have to sign up with Paypal, you only need to have a valid credit card.

What happens after I buy a TexturePack?
After a successfull payment you will be directed back to texturepacks.net download page, where you will receive link(s) to the file(s) you purchased. An e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you provided with your payment at paypal.com that includes the same download link(s).

Note: The download links are only active for 24hours from the time of payment.

How long does it take to download a Texturepack?
The Texturepacks come in many various sizes. Usually they range from 10-90 Megabytes. We recommend a broadband connection, since downloading the files on a modem can take hours.

Do you ship the images?
No, we don't ship the iamges. Our system provides you with an instant download link after your purchase.
That means NO WAITING TIME!

Are there any extra costs?
There are no hidden fees or extra costs unless noticed for each Texturepack.

I already made a purchase, but the download link doesnt work.

The Texturepacks can be used for commercial purposes, as well as personal. You are not restricted in how you use Texturepack images at all. As long as you do not claim authorship, sell them or redistribute them – you're free to use them as you please, as many times as you please.

Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

Unothorized Use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Texturepacks.net.

Assignability
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Texturepacks.net

Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Texturepacks.net. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
